The single thing you should do next, in this order:

1. Routines for the current part of the day (morning, afternoon or evening)
2. Routines left over from an earlier part of the day
3. Tasks (highest priority first; within the same priority, in the order you arranged them)

When you complete it, the next one appears.

Give tasks a priority (P1–P4); P1 tasks come first. Within the same priority, drag tasks in the list to reorder them.

If you can't decide, use "Compare". Just keep picking which of two tasks to do first, and the order is set for you.

Yes. Change the start times in Settings under the part-of-day section (by default, afternoon starts at 11:00 and evening at 17:00).

This appears when you've postponed the same task twice or more, or when it has stayed at the top for more than a day. Big tasks are hard to start, so try deciding just the first step. If you'd rather leave it as it is, tap "Keep as is".

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on both devices. No extra setup is needed; syncing starts when you open Toplit. You can check the sync status in Toplit's Settings under iCloud Sync.

• Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID
• Make sure you're connected to the internet
• Make sure iCloud isn't turned off for Toplit in your iCloud settings
• Make sure you have free iCloud storage

Changes can take from a few seconds to a few tens of seconds to arrive. Closing and reopening Toplit may speed things up.

If you open Toplit on two devices for the first time, each may add the samples. They are merged automatically once syncing finishes.

iPhone: Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget → Toplit. You can also add it to the Lock Screen.

Mac: Control-click an empty area of the desktop → Edit Widgets → Toplit.

Use the widget's complete button to finish the task without opening the app.

In Toplit's Settings, under the Todoist section, enter your Todoist API token and connect. The link in that section opens Todoist's settings, where you can find your token.

Once connected, your open Todoist tasks and projects are imported, and completions, edits and additions sync both ways. Tasks that were in Toplit before you connected are not sent to Todoist.

In Toplit's Settings, start the Reminders integration and allow access. You can choose which lists to sync afterwards.

If you chose "Don't Allow", turn Toplit on in your device's settings under Privacy & Security → Reminders.

Not by default. To prevent accidents, deleting a task in Toplit leaves it in Todoist or Reminders (it just disappears from Toplit).

To clear it there as well, complete the task instead. If you want deletions to sync too, turn that on in each integration's settings (Toplit asks for confirmation every time).

Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on the new device and install Toplit. Your data comes back from iCloud.
